This boat is ideal for families and groups of friends who want to enjoy a perfect trip on the water, exploring, finding hidden beaches or simply anchoring in a favourite spot for lunch and a swim. Whether you opt for an extended stay or a short jaunt, time spent onboard is effortless and fun.

The Nimbus 405 Coupé is the largest model in the Nimbus side-walk Coupé series. The side-walk design concept allows for genuine freedom of movement, making getting on and off the boat easy and safe and prioritising ease of movement around the boat from bow to stern.

Nimbus’ interior designers have thoughtfully balanced rich wood finishes with lighter varnished surfaces and modern textiles, resulting in refined and elegant spaces. LED lighting throughout the boat is carefully placed to create a practical and welcoming interior.

Natural light and clean fresh air is drawn into the saloon interior via the broad flush-fitted sliding door at the helm and large electric sliding glass roof with integrated sun blinds.

Ample seating allows for four to five people to sit facing front, if they prefer. This is organised into two seats at the helm and a reversible passenger sofa which comfortably accommodates two or three more guests. 

Polyurethane glued windows in the superstructure and a large wrap around windscreen provide a contemporary look, exceptional stability and a quiet saloon. Visibility at the helm is optimised by smooth, uncluttered lines of sight resulting in a calm, enjoyable driving experience. Twin 12 inch plotters fitted in the instrument panel display key information clearly and intuitively.

There are three two berth cabins, one master cabin with an ensuite bathroom, with the other two cabins sharing a shower and head. An extra wardrobe is fitted on the lower deck for additional storage. Natural light flows in through the master cabin skylight and between the instrument panel and windscreen to enhance a feeling of space and connection to the environment.

The modular galley provides ample storage space and there are a wide range of available options depending upon your needs. These include a gas, electric or induction hob, oven or microwave; additional cool box (36 litres), freezer or extra storage lockers. A kitchen fan and extra overhead lockers are particularly useful options for those who love to cook and entertain onboard. 

A generously sized and comfortable aft deck with an extra-large, L-shaped sofa is ideal for lounging and relaxing in the sunshine. The electrically powered folding table also converts into a sunbed.

The cockpit is equipped with handholds for added security when moving around the interior of the boat. On deck, the stainless-steel pulpits are substantial and are divided in the middle to allow for simple and secure access when stepping onto or leaving the boat from the bow.

Handling of the Nimbus 405 Coupé is enhanced by the use of a drive shaft with a tunnel system. The straighter shaft angle enables a more efficient power line and thereby results in lower fuel consumption, better course stability at low speeds and a shallower draught. The Boat Trim System is fitted as standard and functions like trim tabs but with higher efficiency, speed and is automatic. An upgrade to Humphree Interceptor System is also available.
