NEW BUILD. After several years of focusing on building smaller boats, Mirage Manufacturing Inc. is once again producing our beloved full-displacement N-Series trawlers. The N37 has achieved an enviable record of cruising success and due to this, used N37s seldom show up on the market - and when they do, their pricing reflects their desirability.
Truly a "go-anywhere" trawler, the N37 features a 16' beam, which it carries down to the waterline. This results in living spaces comparable to the typical 45 or 48-foot trawler. Her huge galley comes equipped with home-sized appliances - including a 23 c.f. refrigerator/freezer. Her walk-in engine room has 6' standing headroom at the built-in workbench and easy standing access all the way around her twin Yanmar diesels.
The N37 features two staterooms with a full-size 60" x 80" queen island berth in the master. Below the spacious saloon/deckhouse is her massive Bosun's Locker - a 16' x 5' x 5' space with room for bicycles, scuba gear, golf clubs, and almost everything you might want to take along cruising! The classic mahogany cabinetry is durable, beautiful, and made by our craftsmen right in our Florida factory.
The N37 exterior features wide, 360-degree, walkaround decks for easy line-handling, and a massive "tactical” rub-rail to assist in any docking situation. You will notice there is no exterior wood to maintain, and there is an available flybridge option for entertaining or just relaxing and taking in a beautiful anchorage.
Huge built-in composite fuel and water tanks are recognized as “lifetime” tanks and give you the range and ability to stay "off-the-grid" for as long as you wish. Fully protected running gear and shallow draft allows you to go anywhere without worrying about expensive grounding damage.
Those are some of the features of all Great Harbour N37s, but building a new N37 allows you to go another step further. Adding a solar array to the coach roof, or flybridge hardtop gives you even greater ability to stay away from docks and "civilization". We can install enough solar so that on nice sunny days, you can run your refrigeration, lights, entertainment and air conditioning - while still maintaining a full battery bank charge! All without running your genset.
With the standard composting head, you have your choice of an additional 150 gallons of fuel capacity or fresh water tankage. The available 24v bow thruster is now proportional, with "hold" feature - invaluable in those challenging situations when you need to hold the bow against a lock wall or dock. Modern LED lighting throughout draws tiny amounts of power and generates very little heat. Smartplug power cord further reduces the risk of electrical fire. There are a host of other features that just were not available when even the newest of the available used N37s were built.
Come visit us at the factory in Gainesville, Florida, where we are currently putting the finishing touches on the latest N37 (#23!) Let us show you how easy it is to get into your own N37, with prices starting at $514,950 and ranging to around $650,000 for a fully-equipped boat (Additional charge for flybridge.)
The N37 has full walk-around decks with large aluminum handrails for safety. Foredeck gates are optional and ensure easy access to docks and catwalks, no matter what height. There is a huge swim platform with stout boarding ladder, available aft cockpit H/C shower and foredeck storage boxes. Ground tackle includes bow pulpit with twin self-launching anchors, each on 200' of all-chain rode and anchor washdown. Anchors are hauled by 24-volt horizontal windlass.
Non-flybridge N37s include a mast which folds easily forward onto the foredeck, allowing her to slip under all but the lowest bridges. On the mast are her (available) radar antenna, VHF antennae, spreader lights, and GPS antenna..
Our optional dinghy package includes a 12' center console RIB powered by 30 hp Suzuki EFI outboard with electric start, power trim & tilt. The dinghy is launched with the available low-profile Mirage composite electric davit.
The N37 offers an optional state-of-the-art electronics suite including: Garmin chartplotters with twin 16" touch-screens. Integrated into the chartplotter are Garmin autopilot, HD radar, and AIS.
Below the electronics are the Yanmar engine gauges and joystick for the available Vetus 24v proportional bow thruster. The touch screen panel hinges outward, allowing full access to the back of all electronics and wiring. Below the helm is the main electrical breaker panel which includes panels for 12-volt, 120-volt, and 240-volt electrical. The inverter remote panel, and available watermaker controls, engine-room fire-suppression system indicator, and remote generator start panel are located here also.
The N37 helm includes a comfortable drop-down helm seat with footrest. Opposite the helm is a two-person Navigator's bench. The chart table has storage beneath. Available sound system with four speakers in the corners of the deckhouse plays DVDs through the optional drop-down, center-line flat-screen TV. Standard dockside cable and omnidirectional digital TV antenna, complete a versatile and powerful entertainment system.
The saloon features comfortable seating on two settees: A spacious L-settee (fore and aft dinette also available) to port with cocktail/dining table which converts to a comfortable queen berth and a starboard settee that converts to twin bunk beds and makes a perfect "watch berth" for relaxing during a night-time passage. All cabinetry and furniture is mahogany or American cherry. Saloon windows all open and have screens. Saloon doors are dogged for weather security. Under all saloon seating is plentiful storage, both "traps" and drawers - plus access through the saloon sole to the massive Bosun's Locker "basement" below. This area, accessed by a stairway, stretches 16 feet wide and five feet front-to-back, with five foot headroom.
The N37 has one of the best galleys you will ever see on a yacht under 100 feet long, featuring home-sized kitchen appliances, including a 23 c.f. SS refrigerator, 4-burner Kenyon induction cooktop, and full-size microwave/convection oven. Solid surface countertops, double sink, and lots of storage in cabinets, drawers, and under the sole.
Spacious and comfortable master stateroom in the bow with full 60" x 80" island queen bed and memory foam mattress. Two huge hanging lockers and plenty of drawers give ample storage. Four opening SS portlights annd overhead hatch all include screens to let the breeze in and keep the bugs out.
The guest room contains a modified double bed with storage drawers below, large hanging locker, and access to engine room through door with glass port.
The N37's incredible engine room with 6' standing headroom is accessed through a door in the guest stateroom. Immediately to your right is a built-in workbench with toolbox, storage, and a mounted vise. Under the workbench is the 20-gallon marine hot water heater and optional water maker. The available 8kw diesel genset is postioned aft of the workbench and easy to access. There are two 54 hp Yanmar naturally aspirated 4-cylinder diesels widely spaced for easy care and regular maintenance. Standard fiberglass sea chest incorporates ALL below waterline seacocks. Continuing around the engine room, there are dripless shaft seals, optional engine/generator automatic oil change system, a large battery bank, 3,000 watt inverter, available Racor fuel polisher, switchable Racor filter bank, and remote tank gauges. Everything is easy to access and labeled. This is truly a great engine room.
The N37's large head features a stall shower that even the larger cruiser will feel comfortable in, Vacuflush or composting toilet, vanity with medicine cabinet and storage, and solid surface countertop with available flip-up counter extension.
