BROKERS REMARKS: PELICAN PAT is the only Oceanis 45 available for sale currently from the Moorings Charter fleet and likely one of few available this year. With a 3 Cabin 3 head layout, Yanmar engine, B&G electronics package, dockside air conditioning, electric halyard winch, bow thruster and large fold down swim platform, this mid-size cruiser is combining comfort, great sailing performance and is reliable under power too.
AVAILABILITY: Released form the fleet and waiting to phase out refit.
This vessel sustained some damage from Hurricane IRMA, and has been repaired following the builders guidelines. The exterior pictures of the vessel were taken after the repairs were completed. Please contact your Broker for more detailed information on the repairs.
