As much as I know If buying in EU and in individual/ personal name there will be VAT 23%. If buying in EU company name VAT is not due. But please check with your own tax adviser as every EU country has some specific tax laws. I’ve heard that in Spain for example there is X% VAT to be paid plus 12% for something else.
