ORIGINAL OWNERS ALWAYS KEPT UNDER COVER AND ON A LIFT. WILL LOOK AT TRADES. Innovation, an often overused term in the boating industry, was clearly on display with the introduction in 2012 of the Chaparral 327 SSX (called the 337 SSX beginning in 2016), a big openbow sportboat that stretched the boundaries of bowrider size and luxury. The 327 wasn’t just big; her sleek styling drew admiring glances across the board, and a deep-V hull with relatively high freeboard gave this Chaparral the muscle to run offshore where smaller bowriders fear to venture. Beneath the sleek exterior lies an air conditioned full-beam cabin with an enclosed head, galley, and a slide-out sofa that converts into a berth. The stylish hardtop— which is standard—shields the helm and companion seats as well as the forward end of the L-shaped cockpit lounge. The center section of the lounge and the aft-facing seat behind it convert to a sun lounge. A wet bar behind the helm seat is optional, as is a gas grill on the swim platform. Note the power engine compartment hatch and power aft seat. Among several engine options.

It's part family bowrider, part performance-minded sport boat, part overnight cruiser but most importantly the incredible 327 SSX is a Chaparral through and through. We've never had a product introduction that was more anticipated or revolutionary. With its go-anywhere deep-V hull design, standard fiberglass hard top, striking liquid-silver interior, dual forward facing helm seats and wildly practical full beam cabin, the 327 is a game changer. Onboard, don't bother looking at the capacity plate. It's unlimited. Mood setting cockpit and hardtop lighting are accented with optional underwater lights. A stainless steel windshield and heavy-duty rails say quality everywhere you look. Attention to detail is beyond compare. An optional 1850-watt custom tuned audio system by Wet Sounds literally stirs the waters. Air conditioning is an option you can't live without. Ditto for a generator.
