This 27’ Larson is absolutely Prestine. With only 150 hrs on the engine, this vessel cranks right up at first key turn. The boat boat was in dry storage for 5 years, then moved to its current home on a hydrolic lift in Plantation Florida. This boat shows like a 2020. This could be in a showroom. The Bimini is in outstanding shape, as well as the eisenglass. The vessel comes with full enclosures for the cockpit.

Step inside the cabin towards a function able galley with stovetop, microwave, sink, and refrigerator. This leads into the saloon/ dinette that comfortably seats 8, in a cozy air conditioned environment. 

The outstanding condition from the hull, to the cockpit, to the cabin shows the exceptional care the owner has taken of this vessel.

This vessel has only had two owners. The first owner had the boat in a locked shed storage for 8 years. The second and current owner has kept the boat where it currently sits on a hydronic floating dock.

Not included in the price but available for purchase is the “hydrolic floating dock”. Originally a $20k purchase, this can be sold as an add on the the vessel for $10,000. The lift is fully functional and the brackets can be remounted to fit any size dock pilings.

Upgrades: in 2020 the boat got a new Bimini, with new eisenglass enclosures. There are canvas covers as well for the entire cockpit.
