This vessel is the highly desirable Owner’s Layout (3 Cabin, 3 Head) version Lagoon 420, with panoramic views from the salon, excellent headroom throughout, and large windows in the spacious cabins adding to the comfort and live-ability.  The raised and protected helm station adjacent to the cockpit with all lines leading back to it makes the boat a pleasure to sail and easy for single handed operation.    She is designed to be ultra-spacious with many storage options both inside and out.  The large open cockpit with hard bimini, custom dodger and sunshades makes this a great second living area.  Inside the galley has been recently updated and the salon couch modified with extended seating and new cushions.  The entire port hull allows the owner very private spacious living.  The queen berth platform has been converted to accommodate a residential bed with the platform raised on hydraulic lifts for access to a very spacious storage area.  The dressing area has additional storage drawers and lockers along with a 2 seat couch.  Forward in the port hull there is a spacious head with separate shower.  The starboard hull includes 2 cabins with island queen berths and in-suite heads and separate showers.
