As you step aboard this boat, you will be impressed with the space available for your family.  The center cockpit is a large comfortable space to sail the boat and lounge when relaxing!   With an all new canvas enclosure with very clear windows, this becomes an all season area.

Moving forward down the companionway you enter the large salon with TV, Bose sound and a great Galley.  There is room for all your guests in this space.

Forward and Aft are very large comfortable staterooms each with thier own Head and shower.. The Owners cabin is aft and has a full queen berth! The settee can also make into a two person berth if needed.

The vessel is berthed in a prime location in Victoria at Westbay Marina.  This is a live aboard marina and the slip can be transfered to the new owners - at the marina's discretion.
