This 04 36 Sea Ray was purchased new as a left over and commissioned in 2005, since then it has had many, many upgrades that have made it the CLEANEST 36 on the market today!! The owner is a personal friend and I have been through the boat with a surveyor, It passed easily!! The seller has had the following items found on survey done or in process in preparation for a sale.

1. Engine Compression was done and certified as normal by a certified Mercruiser dealer.

2. Spare set of props being installed, previous props will be left as a spare set

3. All new CO2 Detectors installed

4. Bilge Fire suppression will be certified, it works but out of certification

5. New starter on port engine installed

6. Cutlass bearing on port engine will be replaced, surveyor found slight play in it

7. AC intake hoses will be replaced

Twin 8.1 Mercruiser  FWC Horizons paired to V Drives. Manifolds and risers have been done numerous times including the latest in July 2022 with a 7" Smartcraft Vessel view screen added as well. Port engine was replaced under warranty in 2009 with 317 hrs, Starboard engine was replaced in 2019 with 644 hrs. Current hours on boat is 875, Starboard engine has 157 hrs, Port engine has 558. Generator has a mere 40 hrs and powered the boat on survey with no issues at all.
