The Dehler 41 DS is comfortable, safe and fast. It has a spacious deck saloon with a U-shape sofa and generous window areas that creates an atmosphere of comfort with a view. As with every Dehler boat, the laminate construction of the hull and deck is done with the hand application process using high quality materials. For this reason, there is a one year guarantee on all Dehler parts and a five year guarantee for all GRP parts. The head is spacious, well lit, equipped with fine woods, quality accessories, and a large mirror. The owner's cabin has a comfortable double-berth.Fully equipped galley area is a good workplace during bad weather.
The creative and unique interior design is both roomy and comfortable. Starting forward is the master stateroom with oversized full-beam queen berth. There are storage shelves, port and starboard seating, and two hanging lockers. The privacy door is to port, and to starboard is a door to the very large head compartment with shower. Generous countertop space and very adequate storage makes this area very functional. A second door amidship allows dual access so to maintain privacy in the master stateroom. Across to port is the galley, again with excellent storage and countertop work area. Stepping up two steps to the raised salon, the compact and efficient navigation area is to port, and the huge convertible dinette is to starboard. The aft stateroom is accessed portside behind the navigation area, and is both roomy and comfortable with additional storage including a hanging locker. There are numerous opening hatches and portlights providing proper ventalation throughout the interior, and the wonderful salon windows provide a 360 degree view. The mahagony woodwork, with laquor finish, is bright and provides unique look. The off-white overhead and synthetic teak and holly cabinsole accent the interior and are easy to maintain. The upholestry is medium blue. There is excellent storage thoughout the interior and generous headroom of 6'6".

ON DECK
Thoughtful, efficient design and layout with ease of control while sailing single or short-handed. The jib is self-tending with two athwartship travelers. Sail control lines are lead aft (underneath deck shrouding) through rope clutches to the electric primary winches (which can be reached by the helmsman). A full dodger protects the cockpit and also affords excellent visibility. Bow pulpet, stern railing, double lifelines, port and starboard boarding gates, and access to the stepped transome protect one while on deck and afford ease of boarding and unboarding. There are four cockpit lockers for ondeck storage, a centerline dining/cocktail table, a hot/cold pressure shower, and the intregrated helm console houses instruments and provides a secure station. This is an easy boat to sail with generous room on deck and in the cockpit.
