Y KNOT is a rare find. Three nice cabins, Jacuzzi tub in the Master, lower controls, high gloss cherry joinery, new Walker Bay tender on Freedom lift, newer electronics and a great looking hardtop/arch (unlike many of her sisterships). Optionally available is a new 21’ Key West 219 FS, $80K center console tender to complete the island cruising package.
Y KNOT offers a Sedan style layout with three Staterooms, two Heads, a lower Helm Station, on deck Galley and a Salon Dining Area with a folding circular table. Unlike the smaller 55’ Neptunus there is ample Aft Deck seating and a table.
The interior has a perfect blend of high gloss natural cherry joinery, padded light tan Ultra Leather panels and leather seating surfaces.
Entering Y KNOT is onto the fixed swim platform from a floating dock or at any of four locations the Marquipt Tide Ride ladder can be placed from a fixed dock. The Aft Deck has built in seating, two loose Resin chairs and a high gloss wood table plus comfortable steps to the Flybridge.
The same level Salon has a semi circular settee to port with a high/low folding circular dining table and two upholstered stools. To starboard is the entertainment system cabinet, a bar area with hidden sink and a single leather built in chair.
The complete Galley is two steps up to port with a full Lower Station and small dinette to starboard. Steps to below lead to the three cabins with the Master forward including a Jacuzzi tub! To starboard is a VIP with a walk around queen berth. To port is a Head with stall shower shared by two Guest Cabins. Further aft to port is a twin Lower Berth Cabin.
The Flybridge has a semi circular lounge aft with a hi-lo table that converts to a Sun Lounge, a bar unit with grill and seat next forward.
Centerline is the Helm Station.
The Salon is entered via a “Trend” stainless steel sliding door with lined drapes and a sliding insect screen. The entire deck is open with two levels of accommodation.
Immediately to port is a semi circular leather settee for three to four people with storage below. In the aft corner is a cherry cabinet outfitted as a mirrored wine cabinet. Outboard of the sofa in the Ultra Leather wall panels is a cherry framed side cabin window, which slides open as desired. (Rare in today’s boats!) new pleated shades cover the window as needed.
In front of the sofa is a circular high gloss cherry table that uniquely folds in half to take less space. Having a hi-low mechanism this table can be cocktail height or raised and utilizing the two matching stools can serve as a dining table for six people.
Immediately to starboard upon entering the Salon is a curved cabinet that contains the yacht’s entertainment electronics. Below two curved cherry cabinets is a 30” Samsung LED TV with a Direct TV HD receiver and a Sat TV antenna control unit.
Behind two cherry doors below is a TV/ANT/DVD 16 position signal distribution box and a Sony Blue Ray player. Below is a new Rockford Fosgate AM/FM/ stereo with Sirius Radio. The contents of the cabinet slides out for easy service and wiring changes.
Next forward is a bar cabinet with a hinged mirrored bar top with two cabinets below, a hinged cabinet with a sink and drawer below, all under a burlwood countertop surface. Next forward is a round built in single seat followed by a cherry cabinet with a new Raritan stainless steel icemaker within. Above is a matching house side window and new window treatments to the portside.
Also in the Salon is a carpeted sole, stereo speakers, two subwoofers and digital Marine Air AC controls.
Five halogen mini spots and rope lights behind the valance provide lighting. The upper level soffit delivers cool air in an even flow throughout the Salon.
While every effort was made to list all pertinent included equipment aboard Y KNOT, there are some personal belongings aboard. Prospective purchasers should assume any item not specifically mentioned herein will not convey at closing.
Up two steps, slightly to starboard is the Galley Area. It is L shaped and contains the following features:
To starboard is a small two person dinette with storage drawer and central vacuum outlet. Presently used as an office space there is a 19” color HP monitor and wireless keyboard. An opening window is above.

The toilet is a Vacuflush model and recently replaced. The Jacuzzi tub/shower has a three panel sliding door entrance, overhead light, mounted shower and an exhaust fan.
Also in the Head is an AC vent, two overhead lights and indirect valance lighting!
The VIP Cabin could be considered a Master Cabin on many yachts of this size. The walk around queen size berth is off the aft bulkhead with twin two drawer nightstands. There are two drawers at the base of the berth and an upholstered headboard affixed to a full beam mirrored panel on the aft bulkhead. Above are eight high gloss cherry cabinet doors.
Outboard above the cherry paneled hull sides is a narrow shelf with two opening portholes behind Roman shades.
Above are six additional cherry cabinet doors. Just forward is an auto lit, cedar lined hanging locker.
