The 4588 is successful for this reason, it is a lot of boat for the money.  It’s also a lot of boat for an overall length of just 45 feet, 4 inches. The 4588 carries no less than four distinct levels of living space. Step aboard through the transom door to the the covered cockpit (with fully enclosed canvas if needed).  Across the cockpit, slide the door and you’re in an inviting salon.

Large glass windows along either side give the salon an open, spacious feel. An L-shaped lounge to starboard and windows behind give a good view outside. On the starboard side of the salon, there’s a fully outfitted U-shaped galley.

A wet bar to port and entertainment center with a large 'tuck away' TV lives here.

Four steps down from the salon/galley, there’s a second level featuring an amidships starboard side stateroom with a double berth and directly across the companionway to port, there’s a electric head (Vacu-flush) with a shower and vanity.

The master stateroom forward has an island double berth with 4 under drawers, two hanging lockers and an attached head compartment that includes an enclosed shower/bathtub and Vacu-flush head.  Electric heater.

Between the midship stateroom and master stateroom, there’s a third stateroom with a small desk.  Upper / Lower bunks or convert to a settee.  Dehumidifier.

Because its doors open into the master stateroom, Bayliner calls it a “sitting room” or a “dressing area.”  Some use it as a sleeping area for kids.   

Take four steps up from the salon and you come to the pilothouse.  Side doors give access forward to the bow area that includes a 'cruising' seat.

Two steps up from the pilothouse places you on the flybridge, large and comfortable seating.  A large bimini compliments this area.
