The Jeanneau 44 Sun Magic is a nicely proportioned modern performance cruising yacht, with functional details, amenities and equipment. The most dominant feature is the functional cockpit design and sugar scoop transom. The boat has wide side decks to afford easy access forward. The rig is a double spreader, deck stepped rig with a furling head sail, and traditional mainsail with slab reefing. Below decks is a spacious salon with a U shaped settee to port which surrounds a fixed dinette table: opposite of which is a fully functional galley. The after cabin, entered on the starboard side, has one hanging locker, and affords good access to the engine. The after head is on the port side and features a stall shower. To starboard and forward of the aft stateroom is a navigation station. The forward cabin features double berth and two large hanging lockers and plenty of drawer storage. There is a second stall shower forward to port, and a second head to starboard.
