This one-of-a-kind schooner was recently fully refitted by Howdy Bailey Shipyard in Norfolk, VA, and boasts upgraded electronics, appliances, sails, and more! She is a custom 65' steel George Sutton-designed pilothouse schooner. Originally built in 1988 by Mark Treworgy, she was recently completely rebuilt by the well-known and highly respected Howdy Bailey Shipyard in Norfolk, VA. Her prior owners spared no expense on the refit, spending over $900,000. Nearly every system was replaced, the hull sounded and reinforced and painted, and the interior was refinished with the utmost attention to luxurious detail. With a 6.5' draft and 61' mast height, she can cruise the IWC and Bahamas easily, but she's built to take you around the world. Her traditional rig is complemented by all new sails, and she has every modern convenience one could want. You can own her for a fraction of the cost of her refit! 2017 survey available upon request.

Every detail on the interior of this boat has been finished to highly luxurious standards. From the cherry and mahogany to the beautifully tiled showers, the galley, which has more space than many household kitchens, the washer & dryer, and more...you will be cruising in comfort and style.
Upon entering the pilothouse, there is a comfortable settee which can fold down into a bed large enough to sleep two. You have a complete 360-degree view though large pilothouse windows, and it's an easy setup for trading on and off watch on an overnight passage.
Stepping below, the large galley is to port and the nav station/laundry room is to starboard. The washer and dryer are full-sized. Leading aft beside the galley is a walkway to an oversized workshop, which is a craftman or mechanic's dream come true! See the photos! The aft cabin has two double bunks, its own private head and shower, and can provide guests with luxurious quarters all to themselves.
The salon is equally luxurious, with custom barstools, intricate woodwork, a hutch for storing crystal and glasswear, and a large salon table which can lift to make a dining table or lower to b a coffee table. Moving forward, the master stateroom is massive, with a queen-sized bed and its own beautifully tiled head and shower, as well as a separate vanity and sink.
