This Passport 37’, ‘Jubilee’, is ready to go sailing! Passport 37’s, designed by Robert Perry, are known to be well-built, seaworthy, attractive blue-water racer/cruisers. ‘Jubilee’ has been well-maintained, upgraded and cared-for throughout her life.
The boat is powered by a 38HP Yanmar Diesel Engine, that was installed new in 2000, with a 3-Blade Variable Pitch Feathering Propeller. Other included Equipment includes: Solar System, New Stack Pack, Bimini and Dodger, New Standing Rigging (2016), New Running Rigging, Hydraulic Auto Pilot, AIS, Diesel Cabin Heat, Lots of Spares, Equipment Manuals and Much More! Jubilee is extremely well laid-out on deck and down below. On Deck, she has a comfortable and functional Aft Cockpit with Wheel Steering, Wide Side-Decks with Lifelines and Handholds, and the Bow Area includes an Electric Windlass and a Bow Pulpit. The vessel is rigged for Single-Handing with Working Lines running aft to the Cockpit.
Going down below, the U-Shaped Galley is immediately to port and has a Formica countertop, twin Refrigerator/Freezers, Propane Stove and Oven, Double Stainless Steel Sink and lots of Storage in Cabinets, Drawers and Cubbies.
The Navigation Station is to starboard and has a Re-Wired AC/DC Electrical Panel, VHF, AIS, Solar Charge Controller, a Chart Table and more. There is also a Quarter Berth on the starboard side with Shelves and Storage. A Standard Horizon CPV550 Combination Chart Plotter and VHF is included with the boat however current owner uses his Tablet with Navionics (not included, but ask for more information).
The Salon is forward of the Galley and has a U-shaped Settee and Dinette to starboard that drops to make a Double Berth and a Single Settee to port with lots of Storage in the Settees, Book Shelves and Cabinetry. All the interior woodwork is beautiful Teak joinery with a Teak and Holly Cabin Sole.
Going forward there is a Hanging Locker to port and the Head access door to starboard. There is also a Mast Access Panel aft of the Head Door. The Head is well designed and has a Counter and Sink, Marine Toilet, Shower with a Shower Curtain and Sump Pump, a Mirror and lots of Storage.
The V-Berth is all the way forward and has a Hanging Locker to port, a Custom Mattress, Port Lights, an Overhead Opening Hatch and lots of Storage on Shelves and Cabinetry.
This vessel is currently sitting on a mooring in Mystery Bay on Marrowstone Island near Port Townsend, WA. Retaining Short/Long Term Moorage is a possibility for the next owner.

Only 25 Passport 37’s were built so they rarely come up on the market. They have the reputation of being fantastic blue-water sailboats that are a joy to sail! This Passport 37 is in excellent condition and ready for her next adventure!
