The Hurley 22 is a popular and capable pocket cruiser whose ability goes beyond what you would expect from a boat this size. Solidly built they have a safe, sea kindly motion. There are 4 berths but arguably she would be best suited for a couple or family with young children. This example has a 4hp Mercury outboard in a lazerette locker with plenty of space for storage, fuel tanks etc.

Construction
GRP hull and deck with full keel, spade rudder with tiller steering. Outboard mounted in lazerette locker.
Engine
Powered by a Mercury 4hp 2 stroke outboard mounted in a lazarette locker with room for fuel tanks and other storage. 12V battery for instruments and lights.
Sails and Rigging
Deck stepped mast and spars with stainless wire standing rigging. Roller furling Mainsail and roller furling Genoa with UV strip.
The age of the sails is unknown but both are described as being in "good condition".
Accommodation and layout
Comfortable cockpit with one deep and one shallow locker. Below decks is the saloon with 2 quarter berths aft, galley to port with sink and fold out spirit cooking hob. To starboard is more storage and a pull out chart table. Forward of the bulkhead and compression post is a V berth double with storage under. There are a good variety of storage lockers throughout.
