Bristol Condition Canoe Cove 53 with available Moorage!
Legendary in PNW boat-building, the Canoe Cove yard was one of the first builders of larger fiberglass boats. With over 60 years delivering high-quality power yachts for both the commercial and recreational markets, this BC manufacturer is a well-known and highly-regarded brand. This particular three-stateroom Canoe Cove 53 was delivered to her first owner in 1986 who passed along his high standards for boat maintenance to her current owner in 2015. She is in Bristol Condition and all maintenance records since her 1986 launch have been kept. Her Port of Everett North Yacht Basin moorage is transferable to a new owner upon completion of purchase.

The spacious pilothouse on this custom-built Canoe Cove 53 has excellent sight lines, two captain's chairs, 2 side doors to the side-decks, and all upgraded electronics. The 110V galley is just behind the helm station area and includes a large counter with bar stool seating that makes this area quite large and very comfortable for guests to enjoy cruising.
The aft main salon is just a few steps down from the pilothouse level. One is quickly struck by the very large windows on either side, delivering wonderful natural light and stunning views. A wet bar complements the entertainment center appliances (stereo speakers throughout the boat, with regional volume controls) and a modern flat screen for TV/DVD/Internet. A queen-sized sleeper hide-a-bed couch to starboard is a recent add and in excellent condition. The carpeting throughout the boat is a very modern short-pile beige, clean and well-maintained. A full floor-to-ceiling sliding door opens up to the covered aft cockpit.
The upper flybridge deck is reached via stairway opposite the galley (starboard) or an external ladder on the aft starboard side. The canvas-covered Nouvrania 12' center console RIB dinghy is on blocks aft, with 12V crane (new wire) to port. Going forward, there is a propane Magma barbecue just aft of the L-shaped bench seating (cushions stored off-site). The upper helm station is clean and complete, fully covered in black marine canvas.
3 staterooms (2 forward, master midships). The Master Stateroom is below the galley/pilothouse deck, reached by a stairway at the forward starboard corner of the main salon. At the base of this stairway is a door accessing the Utility/Equipment room, which houses the water heater, new freezer, Asko washer and dryer, Village Tech 600 water maker, tool chest with workbench and vise, and lots of storage. Heating systems include Espar forced-air diesel and built-in 110V heaters throughout, with zone controls. The Master Stateroom head is quite large with Vacu-Flush Head (fresh water flush) and shower stall.
The 2 forward staterooms and forward head are reached via spiral stairway to port of the pilothouse helm station. An up/down crew bunk stateroom is to starboard, the V berth is, of course, forward, and the head (with freshwater Vacu-Flush toilet and shower stall) is to port, across from the crew cabin.
The covered aft cockpit is complemented by a transom door to port and a customized swim platform, done by Canoe Cove. Underneath the swim platform to starboard is a large live well (crab, fish bait, or ?) and on the port side is a "gas station". This is a pump system for fueling up gas engines/tanks from a 110 gallon fuel tank in the middle of the platform. A 12V blower accompanies this system.
