The interior is in good shape and should only need a good cleaning due to sitting in the yard for the last several months. • Bottom Paint (may want to consider soda-blasting and new barrier coat due to age)
• Standing Rigging replacement will most likely be required for insurance purposes
• Running Rigging replacement
• Clew of Mainsail is in poor shape (sail needs work and may need replacement)
• Propane tank, solenoid and hose installation

This beautiful and roomy 40' Schucker has a great interior lay out that is comfortable for anyone wanting to liveaboard or cruise the islands or keys. She has immaculate teak and holly cabin soles through out the vessel to complement her excellent honey teak interior.

The master stateroom has a pullman type queen sized berth with ample closet space and drawers. Forward of the master stateroom is a full head and vanity with a separate walk-in shower. She has a manual quality Wilcox Crittenden toilet.

Amidship to port you will find the full sized galley with great counter space just aft of the master stateroom. opposite the galley on the starboard side is huge nav station/office area that anyone could use for a home office! Plus there are cushions to make the desk into a great quarter berth!

Up two steps to main salon you will find the helm to starboard with a teak steering wheel.  To port is a stand up Nav Station complete with cabinetry below for storage. 

The Main Salon has two large settees port and starboard, a beautiful teak table that has two flip up side leaves. 

The Salon opens up with French doors to the large aft cockpit!

The U Shaped Galley has plenty of storage above and below the ample counter tops. It sports a two burner propane stove, double sink, a full sized Norcold refrigerator/freezer, sharp microwave, Corian countertops.
