Current owner bought this Ericson 35 in 2018 (survey available) in San Francisco, put almost $18K into her and then sailed her down to Los Angeles. Seller has moved out of state and needs to sell!!

Accommodatie
Forward is the large V Berth area. Moving aft there is a head to port and a locker to starboard. In the main salon the large table on the port side will fold down to create a double berth and a nice settee is to starboard. The galley is to starboard with a sink and ice box. To port is the nav area and quarter berth.
