Built by Benetti in 1967 and returned to her full original majesty in an intricate two-year rebuild at Pendennis Shipyard in the UK, the 33m Odyssey III bears all the classic style of her original making, now enhanced by the amenities and luxurious comforts of modern life. 

This characterful cruiser is truly timeless and arguably something of a contemporary masterpiece. With charm and elegance in abundance, the 33m Odyssey III has enormous appeal and, being MCA compliant, offers a new owner enormous scope of possibility. The yacht was returned to Class as part of the refit and now adheres to all the requirements for commercial operation. 

Odyssey III is in immaculate condition and along with her emblematic canoe stern, she can also boast a newly integrated side-boarding ladder and reconfigured sun deck that optimises the space and provides plenty of versatility. 

The rebuild assured the yacht’s structural integrity and in addition, the vessel benefited from new teak decks, an exterior repaint, underwater lights, the installation of at-anchor stabilisers, an upgrade of all mechanical and technical systems, new audio-visual systems, a refurbished interior and new tenders. 

Odyssey III can accommodate eight guests across four suites. The arrangement comprises two doubles and two twins, all of which are en suite and appointed to the same superlative standards. 

In the main saloon, there is a spacious lounge, intimate dining table and a bar. To aft, a handmade polished teak table is the centrepiece and meals can be enjoyed here whilst benefitting from the shade provided by the deck above. 

Rich wood panelling runs throughout the interior and is complemented by neutral carpets and furnishings.

Odyssey III has a well-equipped galley with a premium level of finish, a functional laundry area, ample crew quarters and separate accommodation for a team of seven. 

Restored to her full former glory and indeed surpassing it, today Odyssey III embodies classic yachting glamour exactly as intended.

There are 4 guest staterooms including the master stateroom. All refurbished and provided with luxurious en suite facilities.

The social areas are immaculate, elegant and tasteful. With one eye on a bygone era and the other embracing new materials and technology. A perfect balance of style, sophistication and practicality. 

Modern Zero speed stabilisers, brand new generators, along with engine mounts, exhaust silencing systems, gearboxes, shafts all designed to eliminate noise and vibration as per new yacht.

The entire engine room was stripped back to bare metal. Every pipe and panel was replaced each through hull fitting has been replaced. new ping new wiring. new engine room layout new generators, water maker, zero speed stabilisers, air conditioning systems hot water boilers. new tanks. new engine room fire systems and insulation before re installing new engine mounts and bearer for Zero Hours engine unite. new exhaust, shafts and propellers make the package as good as new.
