She is ready to go and definitely should be on your short list.

The entry to the master cabin is next as you enter the huge suite with the comfortable queen centerline berth. Forward is the dinette to port and the convertible settee to stbd in the salon. Then you find the guest suite with the Pullman berth, vanity and head/shower in the Vee.
Both heads have Quiet Flush electric flush operation.
The room environment is controlled with MarineAire reverse cycle units, one 16K btu unit in the salon ducted forward and one 10K btu unit in the aft master berth.
The L-shaped galley has luxurious counters of Corian and stainless handrails around. There are dual stainless sinks with hot/cold water. A 3 burner propane stove and over. Also included are a Waeco fridge and separate freezer with front opening access. A built in microwave is above the huge pantry drawers. Other cubbies and drawers abound for great storage. And don't forget the built-in coffee pot.

The inmast furling mainsail is on a Selden furler and the furling is controlled by lines lead to the cockpit and two Lewmar 40 ST winches (stbd side is electric) on the coach roof. The boom is connected to the traveler placed on the arch over the cockpit with the mainsheet coming to the coiach roof as well. The traveler lines are in either side of the arch.
The jib is a 110% genoa on a Profurl system and with sheets coming to the cockpit thru adjustable fairlead cars to two Lewmar 48 ST primary winches on the combings.
The large cockpit is one of the main features of the Hunter 45DS. Whether sailing or at anchor, there is plenty of room for crew and guests. The trademark stern rail seats are the best in the house.
Ground tackle is a Lewmar Delta anchor on a chain/rope rode controlled by a Lewmar electric windlass.
Access to the water is thru a large transom opening and swim platform. A folding swim ladder is on the platform as well.
