Description and Walkthrough
This 2011 74 OCEAN ALEXANDER MOTOR YACHT called DASH, has the same specifications and hull design as the OA 78 that was introduced in 2012.
She is a 3-stateroom layout plus crew for two.
This popular motor yacht has many custom interior features throughout. Some of these features, you will not find on any other 74'/78' OA. Her aft deck offers seating for eight around a large adjustable hi-gloss finished oval teak table. In addition, there is a refrigerator with ice maker, stainless steel sink and Popup aft deck Engines and Thrusters controls. Her covered and wide side decks, offer full walk-around access to the bow area. There are side boarding doors aft and gates forward.
Her double automatic stainless steel sliding doors, gives you access to a large Salon that has a large custom made L-shaped sofa with storage below. On the port side is a full entertainment center with a 40" Sony HD pop-up TV. Her starboard side Salon, offers you a dry-bar, glass storage and an ice maker. A large teak hi-lo table and two (2) barrel swivel chairs are also situated in the Salon.
Going forward, you pass a day head with sink and a port light. Forward of the day head is a wine cooler under the stairway to the Flybridge. Forward on the starboard side is a U-shaped Galley that offers the amenities that are needed including a dual dishwasher. Facing forward from the Galley is the fully-equipped Helm station with an electric adjustable Stidd chair. To port side of the Helm is a dinette with storage and chart drawer. To the starboard side of the Helm is the Companionway that leads to DASH's "foyer" with a custom Onyx floor and to her three (3) staterooms and en- suite bathrooms.
Before you enter the Master, there is a large washer and dryer on your left side. Access to the Master Stateroom is through double doors. DASH's full-beam Master offers a king-size berth with storage and night stands. There is a large cedar-lined walk-in closet with shelving and safe to your port side. This Master offers a full entertainment system, additional closet and a chest of drawers located on both port and starboard sides. Her VIP and Guest Staterooms have en suite full heads with granite floors. Access to the crew for two (2) is from the Aft Deck or from the transom. The Crew Quarters offers a head with separate shower, refrigerator, microwave oven, TV and audio. Her Engine Room is behind a water-tight door.
The Fly-bridge with hardtop can be accessed from the Galley or from the Aft Deck. She has ample Fly-bridge L-shaped searing and storage with two (2) custom adjustable teak tables. Full function Tender Davit
