"TULANI" is as lovely as her name suggests. She is a 3 stateroom Hunter 50 Aft Cockpit with 2 heads, both with shower stalls, and all the equipment one could need. Her current and also original owner has used her primarily as a very large and comfortable daysailer. The engine hours, generator hours and sailing hours are all surprising low. The electronics/equipment package leaves little to be desired. Her Yanmar 4JH4-HTE 110HP diesel and good fuel capacity will get you there should the wind die off. Interior and exterior condition are both exceptional and worth your time to see.
These Hunter 50 Aft Cockpits don't come along often. The expansive living spaces, equipment and specifications, mean a couple or family can visit the Caribbean and take the beach house along. The long waterline and significant offshore rig together translate into exceptional miles made good while cruising. We are finishing the interior/exterior detailing and specifications this week. Check the new price which makes this boat a great value. Now $324,900.00USD

A luxurious passagemaker with a versatile floor plan for total extended offshore cruising, the Hunter 50 offers a complete range of live aboard accommodations and outstanding entertainment features. With an overall length of 49 feet 11 inches, plus a 14 feet, 5 inch beam and 6 feet 9 inches of salon headroom, the Hunter 50 is a BIG boat with impressive interior volume. Driving the Hunter 50's hull is a specially engineered sail plan that achieves maximum efficiency while maintaining the Hunter trademark of single-handed sail-ability, which is a great feature for a boat of this size. Components aboard the Hunter 50 include Hunter's famous mainsheet traveler arch, backstayless B & R rig, a battened full roach main sail, and two headsail options: single self-tacking jib or self-tacking staysail with overlapping jib. A dual-ended mainsheet allows adjustments from both the cockpit and companionway, and all sheets and halyards end at the cockpit.
Starting with the forward “Masters” stateroom, one finds a centerline queen berth with port and starboard access. Flanking the berth on both sides are storage chests complimented by centerline under-bed storage. Against the forward bulkhead, facing aft, is a large hanging locker with additional storage in drawers below. These lockers are cedar lined as well. En-suite, this stateroom features a full head with separate shower stall from the WC locker. This allows the Skipper and her mate access to these areas exclusively. Overhead hatches and opening portholes provide for great ventilation without the need for AC.
Next aft is the main salon which is roomy enough for 6-8 without bumping shoulders. The portside linear settee functions as a very comfortable sea berth and the starboard U-shaped dinette, which easily serves 8 for dinner, also makes into a berth with queen dimensions. This and all other areas aboard are provided with reverse cycle AC/Heat and can utilize shore power or the onboard, super quiet, 12KW generator. Aft of the portside settee is the Nav Station/ Chart table along with ships monitoring systems and electrical distribution.
The very large and functional galley is located at the base the of the companionway and features, hot/cold pressure water, 3-separate fridge/freezer units, microwave, dual stainless basins, granite counter tops, storage below the sole and numerous cabinets. One can only imagine how many weeks/months of provisions could stow here.
Below the companionway rests the Yanmar 110HP turbo-diesel that spritely moves the boat under power.
To port of the companionway is the Guest/Day head complete with dedicated shower stall, duplicate electric Jabsco toilet as in the Masters quarters and loads of storage.
The “Guest” staterooms; yes that is correct as there are 2 very comfortable guest staterooms, are located port and starboard of the companionway and aft. The port stateroom is the primary one, as it also provides for private entry into the aft head. The starboard guest stateroom has loads of room and storage with a double berth approaching queen dimensions.
