This 2008 wooden structured boathouse with steel clad siding (aluminum colour) is 45 ' long and 20' wide and 16' bridge clearance
With it's 4 large skylights and the heavy vinyl ships door and steel clad man door, it gives you lots of light, but protection and privacy as well.
The styrofoam pontoons are 10 years old, but in good condition
Secured to the concrete pier by 1/2" galv.steel chains offers great security
