The Hull is a single skinned GRP construction with reinforced points (Keel, Rudder, Chain Plates and Hull Deck Joint) to strengthen the structure.
There is a Structural Inner Moulding which is bonded and laminated to the Hull. Its structural role is important as it takes and absorbs the stresses at pressure points (shroud chain-plate tie rods, keel and rudder) and spreads any loads guaranteeing reduced strain on the hull.
The stainless steel propeller shaft is mounted and protected in a GRP skeg.
The Deck is a sandwich construction (GRP and Balsa Core) for an optimal strength / weight ratio, thermal and sound insulation.
The decks also have a diamond point non-slip surface increasing safety for movement on the decks.
