This Perry 57 has four beautifully finished cabins and three heads.
Both forward cabins offer luxury queen-size island beds, abundant storage and separate en suite heads and showers.
The two aft cabins have large double berths that can be easily converted to two twin beds if needed,as well as ample storage.

The North mainsail, built in 2018, has full-length carbon fiber battens, with Ronstan batten cars and a convenient Stack Pack system with lazyjacks.The sail is raised with a Harken electric winch, with an innovative, easy-to-use electric continuous line main sheet traveler system controlled b ypush buttons.
The North genoa, built in 2018, is simple to deploy on an electric Profurl roller furling system, and trimmed using Harken electric winches.
In lighter wind conditions, the boat is powered nicely by a screecher sail on a Profurl continuous furling foil, detachable and stowed with a retractable bowsprit that extends to 5 feet.
For downwind sailing, there is a Quantum light wind asymmetrical spinnaker in sock and Quantum heavy wind asymmetrical spinnaker in sock, both in excellent condition.
The boat has a deck-stepped aluminum mast and wire standing rigging with Norseman terminals.
Navigation & Electronics
The boat offers a full array of integrated technology for confident, convenient operation and navigation. The captain can choose from any of three helm stations - port, starboard or interior bridge deck.

Twin Yanmar 110 hp engines have received professional maintenance at the recommended intervals. They are freshwater cooled. The engines have Racor fuel filters, raw water sea strainers, emergency alarms, shutoff systems and bilge blowers.
The boat gets a boost in sailing performance thanks to her two bronze Hydralign 20-inch feathering propellers, recently refurbished, mounted with SureSeal shaftseals.
The helms feature stainless steel wheels and twin Lewmar cable-to-chain wheel steering systems, with dual throttle/shift controls at all three steering stations.
The vessel includes 12v DC and the choice of 110v and 220v 60 Hz AC systems, all upgraded in 2011.
Away from the dock, power comes from a Northern Lights KVA9 generator, new in 2013, as well as from a generator on each engine. The system has a 2,500-watt, 110-volt Outback inverter/battery charger and 110-volt Victron battery charger.

The vessel's tender is a 4M Swift Marine with a 30hp Honda outboard engine, new in 2011. The tender is hoisted into custom fiberglass dinghy davits at the stern via electric winches.
The tender comes equipped with tube covers and storage cover, painter, air pump, oars, bailer, storage compartment, starting battery, fuel tank, fuel water separator, running lights, torch, locks and cable with lock, as well as a 5-lb Danforth anchor.
