The swim platform is integrated to the hull with four (4) staple safety rails which provide a place to hold onto on the aft side of the platform. There are two (2) dinghy cleats and a swim ladder. Entering the cockpit, there is factory built-in seating with storage below and two (2) custom teak tables that are divided to walk between or flip-open to join to convert to one (1) long table to accommodate dining for six (6). There is a storage locker with BBQ grill to starboard and to port is a spiral staircase to access the Flybridge. Around the port side walkaround there is walk-in engine room access through a watertight door and access to lazarette. There is an aft deck hatch that leads down to a large lazarette as well.
Upon entering the salon, there is a beautiful satin finished teak throughout. To port there is a small bookshelf and forward of that is an L-shaped settee with a light tan leather and teak & holly inlay cocktail table. In the forward starboard corner, there is a large cabinet with great space for artwork above. The salon has two (2) opening window in the center, both port and starboard side. To starboard is space for two (2) large barrel chairs with an approx. 32” TV with TracVision KVH HD7 on a lift system in the center to easily view from the L-settee. In front of the TV lift, the surround sound system, remotes, etc. and storage are in the locker below. There is additional storage under the settee.
Three (3) steps up from the salon accesses the Pilothouse, beautiful teak & holly sole throughout, an L-shaped settee modified with a beautiful rounded teak base and foldable teak table with center inlay to starboard. To port is the U-shaped galley with Granite countertops, two (2) SubZero refrigerator drawers with freezers below; Miele 4-burner cooktop; GE Profile Advantium convection microwave oven above. There is a storage locker with drawers under the cooktop, a trash compactor, and smaller drawers for flatware, glassware, dishes, etc. There is an optional Fisher Paykel dishwasher. Looking forward, there is a deep stainless-steel sink with an upgraded Grohe faucet with removable spray head; below the sink is a storage area with shelf and above outboard are traditional drop-down cabinet for additional storage.
The Pilothouse has both port and starboard doors for easy access to the side decks for docking and ventilation and two (2) STIDD seats at the helm. The console has full controls, gauges and instrumentation including Naiad Marine Multisea II Roll Stabilization system. There is a GB custom wheel with teak-rim and just to starboard, before you take the stairs below, is a large oval-shaped storage locker.
Heading below, carpeted companionway and staterooms make this yacht feel like home. The Master Stateroom is aft and full-beam, offering a beautiful queen berth under a light tan fabric and teak headboard with two (2) night tables on each side of the berth with Cantalupi chrome swivel lights above. To the starboard side of the cabin is a built-in desk with 3 drawers on the port side of the desk and center pencil drawer which can be used for a computer or as a vanity. Forward and port is a TV on a swivel, cedar-lined hanging locker and additional storage cabinets with shelves, and bank of four (4) large drawers below counter level. Opening ports for natural lighting are positioned with port and starboard. This makes for a very nice master stateroom. The en suite head is to starboard in the forward part of the stateroom with an arched door with trim moulding that isn’t made this way any longer, so a beautiful feature. There is a separate large shower stall with entry door and two (2) shelves for toiletries. There are three (3) mirrors forward, the center one is fixed and the inboard and outboard ones both open for large medicine cabinets. There are granite countertops, opening port for natural light/ventilation and an abundance of storage.
There is a Guest Stateroom forward and to port of the master with great headroom and two (2) single berths, one (1) forward and one (1) aft with drawer’s underneath (two (2) drawers under aft berth, and one (1) drawer under forward berth). Center, between the berths, is a locker and cabinet below which can be used as a night stand for both of the berths. The Guest Head is to starboard and is an all-in-one with shower curtain, Dometic Vacuflush head, an optional Asko full size Washer/Dryer outboard, storage under the sink, and Granite countertops.
The VIP Guest Stateroom shows what her 18’ beam can accommodate and has nice, easy steps outboard to either side of the berth, chrome Cantalupi reading lights on both sides of berth, under berth storage and two (2) very large drawers at the front of the berth. Cedar-lined hanging lockers are on both port and starboard. There are opening ports with privacy curtains, two (2) hatches and a private en suite head with teak & holly floor and granite countertop, stall shower with door and two (2) shelves, a VacuFlush head, medicine cabinet w/ mirror, towel storage and storage below sink.
The spiral staircase to the Flybridge from the aft deck has a custom hatch on top to close off bad weather from the cockpit below. There is plentiful seating; port settee, port forward facing settee beside the two (2) STIDD helm seats, an L-shaped settee to starboard for four (4) and underneath the cushions are deep storage lockers; another storage locker in the port side outboard seat; fiberglass console for electronics installations which duplicate what is below in the Pilothouse. Chart lockers on either side of the helm. The windscreen has stainless steel framing and polycarbonate hard glass. The aft section of the flybridge has teak- grated tables (2). Aft of the settees, there is a custom electric grill built into the fiberglass locker. There is a custom ladder to access the factory hardtop with two (2) domes; (1) Raymarine and (1) KVH7 HD TV, 6’ open array, stainless steel mast, running lights, and anchor light. Aft of this area is the 1200-lb capacity crane and 12' Nautica RIB tender 40hp Yamaha.
Boarding is easy from the side deck with boarding gates on both port and starboard sides. The Portuguese Bridge area is up a couple of steps and forward with storage on both port and starboard sides of the opening doors and seating both port and starboard with storage below and very nice cushions. This is a great area for sunning or entertaining. The windlass platform, two (2) anchors, lockers both port and starboard of the anchor windlass for storage to house spare shore power cords and gives access to windlass mechanics or into the chain portion of the locker; there is shore power connection that can also be used to plug the yacht in if there is a problem with the Cablemaster; oversized cleats; hawse holes; drain vents to provide air flow below; and high side decks for protection. Dockside 240 volt/50-amp electric power can be connected at the bow with two separate cables, or by plugging into dockside electrical connections using the two 240 volt/50 amp cables that are stored in the lazarette and pushed out via two electric motors activated by switches right where the electric cords come out of the stern cabinets.

The engine room has a dedicated access on the port-side sidedeck. This access lets you easily enter the full-height engine room featuring upgraded twin 1,000hp CAT C-18's, standard Onan 21.5kW Generator and optional Onan 13.5kW Generator. An upgraded 1400gpd Sea Recovery Aquamatic watermaker is located in the lazarette, which is easily accessed through the engine room or through a large deckhatch on the aft deck. The deckhatch is also used as a 2nd entrance into the engine room.
The Portuguese Bridge surrounds the foredeck with a fantastic feeling of safety and comfort. Large storage lockers are located on the forward portions and an access door is provided for entry onto the foredeck. A 2nd remote control plug for the hand-held remote control is located here.
The foredeck provides a great space with two (2) built-in bench seats with cushions and covers just forward of the Portuguese Bridge, with storage beneath both port and starboard bench seats. At the bow are twin stainless steel anchors and the Lofrans electric windlass.
The large covered aft deck features a custom control station for bow thruster, engines and transmissions, aft built-in seating, two (2) separate tables that can be inter-connected into one (1) large table and easy access to the integrated swim platform with protective locking doors. The swim platform features a built-in swim ladder, hot/cold shower and removable railings.
The pilothouse is very spacious and includes a raised L-settee and table; two (2) STIDD helmseats; large navigation station which includes chart locker to port and storage locker to starboard, and port and starboard deck access doors.
The flybridge is accessed from a curved staircase off the aft deck. The flybridge is enormous featuring two STIDD seats, one at the center helm and one to starboard. On the port-side facing forward, there is an additional built-in benchseat, with a settee and table just aft. On the starboard-side, is a large L-settee with table. To port and aft of the settee is an icemaker. On the starboard-side aft of the settee is a built-in wetbar featuring electric grill, refrigerator and sink. The aft part of the deck is dedicated for tender storage. This yacht has safety rails that extend outboard and surround the aft part of the flybridge deck for additional safety. The 1,200 lb. crane features hydraulic rotation and lift, with a wireless remote control added New in 2014, and easily launches the 12' Nautica RIB tender (New 2014) with 40hp Yamaha outboard engine.
The salon is accessed from the aft deck through her centerline sliding door and features a large L-settee with storage below and table that converts to an ottoman to port, two (2) barrel chairs with an entertainment center in between to starboard. The center houses a large LCD Flatscreen TV, Bose Lifestyle system and Satellite TV system. Forward of the L-settee on the port-side is a bar locker with glass/bottle storage and Raritan icemaker.
The galley is located to port on the pilothouse level and features a Miele 4-burner cooktop, GE Convection/Microwave Oven, large stainless steel deep sink, Fisher Paykel dishwasher, Broan trash compactor and much more! The master stateroom is located in the center of the yacht and features a full-width stateroom with en suite head and shower. This is a spacious stateroom with hanging lockers to both port and starboard; storage drawers under the berth and on both port and starboard sides of the stateroom; two (2) opening ports offer good ventilation, as well as natural light, on both port and starboard sides.
The master head features a stall shower, granite countertops, upgraded Headhunter head and an abundance of storage.
This VIP guest stateroom features an Island berth with storage drawers underneath and easy access on both port and starboard sides; large hanging lockers both port and starboard; two (2) hatches with Oceanair blinds/screens; as well as opening ports both to port and starboard.
