The Gozzard 37 interior layout has become legendary for the beautiful cherry finish and absolutely innovative design. The salon easily converts to a large queen size berth with hanging locker/storage forward. Behind the settee backs is storage for the large dinette table and plenty more. There is more storage aft of the seats both port and starboard and a propane space heater with ceramic surround. The midship bulkhead is hindged to easily converting the forward salon into a private stateroom.
Aft of the main salon to starboard is the galley with dinnette/navigation desk to port. Corian counters, built in microwave and Force 10 gimballed 2 burner propane stove with oven. The fridge/freezer is below the micro wave.
Selden double spreader deck stepped mast and boom. True cutter rig. All sheets and halyards are led aft to the cockpit. Both forward furlers are Schaefer. Lewmar electric halyard winch and custom SS mainsheet arch.
The hull is a sandwich core construction with hand laid double bias E cloth infused with Cook marine grade resins. The deck is molded FRP sandwich construction. High-stress areas of both the deck and hull have additional reinforcing. With a cruising style fin keel, skeg hung rudder and prop in an aperture, these characteristics make for a perfect maneuverable and great tracking hull design. All deck hatches and prism are covered. All lines lead to the cockpit with sheet bags for easy organization.
