The Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 34.2 designed by Jacques Fauroux is an excellent six berth cruising yacht powered by a Yanmar 3GM 30F 28 hp diesel engine. One owner from new, she has had very little use in her lifetime. She has benefited recently from new sails (still in the bag), new rigging (both standing and running) anti fouled and generally made ready for use once more. Two cabins, one heads, a very spacious saloon and galley make this a very comfortable boat.
Euroyachts supplied the Sun Odyssey 34.2 'Busby' from new and can confirm just how little this boat has been used. This is not necessarily a positive in all respects but we doubt that there will be another SO 34.2 on the market anywhere with a fresher interior. In January 2017 a comprehensive upgrade programme commenced with the standing rigging being changed and new sails/lazybag from the original suppliers.
