The Forward Cabin has a pullman berth on the Starboard side with a hanging locker and a bureau on port. There are 3 opening ports and a large opening hatch providing excellent ventilation. There is also a seat between the berth and bureau.
The large Head is to starboard aft of the forward cabin with entrances from both the saloon and the forward cabin. It has a commode, sink and shower. An opening port and hatch provide excellent ventillation and light.
The Main Saloon follows aft with facing settees. The table folds up to store on the forward bulkhead when not in use giving the saloon a large, open feel. The starboard settee pulls out creating a double berth. There are 4 opening ports and a large opening hatch in the saloon. The fuel, water, and waste tanks are under the cabin sole, allowing tremendous storage space under and behind the settees. Charts are kept in a large drawer under the starboard settee.
The aft facing Nav Station is on the aft end of the saloon’s port settee. The 12 and 110 Volt Electric Panels are above the desk.
The “U” shaped Galley is on starboard behind the saloon with double sink, 2 burner stove, large ice box and plenty of work room and storage. Across the back of the galley is a very clever storage area for dishes and eating utensils. There is an opening port and hatch serving the galley.
Across from the galley on port and separated by the companionway is the Aft Cabin entrance. It has a big athwartship berth, large dressing area and a bureau and hanging locker. There are 2 opening ports and an opening hatch providing more great ventillation.
The Companionway separates the galley from the aft cabin. The Yanmar diesel is located underneath the steps and is easily accessed for maintenance and service.
The Cockpit is large for sailing and long enough to stretch out and nap or entertain family and friends. There are 2 stern rail seats for additional seating and an outstanding view. A swim ladder and a sugar-scoop swim platform make boarding easy. There are 2 deep Lazarettes for storage.
The 350s have a high aspect ratio masthead cutter rig with a Charleston Spars In-Mast Mainsail Furler and Harken Furlers on the Staysail and Genoa. The Staysail is on a Hoyt designed boom. All lines are led aft except the Halyards for the Furling Sails which are Cleated at the Mast.
The Island Packet 350 has a solid glass hull with a molded in bow sprit and a synthetically cored deck. She has a full keel with a cutaway forefoote and a spade rudder providing great control and excellent tracking. There is a sugarscoop swim platform.
The Island Packet 350 is equipped with both a 12 Volt Ship's System and a 120 Volt Shorepower System.
