Works Done Notes
The yacht has done a full refit in 2006 with all engine room equipment being replaced for new.
The drive shafts and propellers were withdrawn and balanced in 2015.
The hull was painted using the Awlgrip system in 2015 and Zytexxed.
The underwater section was sandblasted and repainted in 2014.
The interior decoration was completely renewed and all interior varnish resprayed in 2010.
Both the flybridge and main deck teak was replaced with new in 2010.
All interior and exterior lighting was replaced for LED lighting in 2012.
A new custom made flybridge hard top was installed in 2013.
Black and grey water tanks were installed in 2016 together with a Maretron control pumping system. The Maretron control panels also control the electrical system on board.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF YACHT
The yacht "Ruff One", a Sunseeker Manhattan 80 built in 1998, was purchased in 2003 by her present owner and the TVA was paid on purchase in France.
The yacht has done a full refit in 2006 with all engine room equipment being replaced for new.
