The accommodation is attractively finished with high-quality teak joinery throughout and offers 4/5 berths including the saloon.
FORECABIN: Fixed double V-berth with stowage beneath, hanging locker, shelves, opening hatch to foredeck and bi-fold doors to passageway.
GUEST BERTH: A single berth is located to port and runs beneath the wheelhouse sole, this could be separated from the passageway area by a curtain or also makes for a very useful storage area which could be adapted to offer further hanging storage if desired.
HEADS: Separate heads compartment to starboard with marine toilet, washbasin, shower, mirror, cupboards and opening port light.
SALOON: Helm to port with an adjustable helm seat ahead of a linear galley running aft equipped with a stainless steel 2-burner gas hob with oven and grill, Waeco Coolmatic 12v fridge, sink and storage in cupboards and drawers. To starboard is a forward facing navigator's bench seat for two which flips to increase seating around the dinette, which in turn can convert to form a small double berth whilst the table is also removable and can be used in the cockpit for alfresco dining. Excellent all round visibility with increased light and ventilation provided by two large sliding sunroofs and opening side windows.
GENERAL EQUIPMENT: Pressurised hot and cold water supplied throughout via a calorifier with immersion coil. Holding tank with overboard discharge. Webasto Airtop 20000 diesel fired warm air heating system (new 2018). Blue cotton upholstery throughout in excellent condition, with fitted covers on helm seat and at dinette. Located in a soundproofed compartment under the saloon sole, Volvo Penta TAMD31P-A 150hp turbocharged and aftercooled four cylinder diesel engine. Freshwater cooled via heat exchanger. Single lever engine controls with electric start and bow thruster controls. Seastar hydraulic wheel steering. Shaft drive via Volvo Penta HS1A gearbox to bronze propeller with protective skeg. 200L Fuel capacity with additional stainless steel 100 micron fuel filter and water separator. Volvo Penta QL trim tabs with controls at helm. Sleipner Sidepower 4hp bowthruster. Full engine instrumentation. Speedseal raw water pump impeller plate conversion for easy access.
The engine is in excellent cosmetic condition and allows for economic cruising, consuming approximately 4 litres per hour at a 6kt displacement speed, rising to around 20 litres per hour at fast cruising speeds. Current engine hours are believed to be around 1000hrs since new, as is very common with Volvo Penta engines, the hour meter has failed however the previous owner believed this to be an accurate maximum run time. This indicates she has benefitted from an optimal usage of 45-50hrs per season, an oil analysis report from August 2018 also indicated that the engine is also in very good internal condition (available on request).

Brite Spark appears to be in unusually good condition for her age and a recent survey (August 2018) confirmed this, with only minor recommendations which have been attended to where deemed necessary by her current knowledgeable and experienced owner.
