"This boat was in the water and being used last season. The motors and other systems are in good working order, well-maintained by an owner who is a mechanic, among other things. The interior is spotless and the carpet, headliner, upholstery and mattresses below are in like-new condition. There is some wear and tear on the exterior rear deck cushions, but nothing that needs to be replaced immediately. The gelcoat on the hull and deck need compound and wax, but otherwise it is in excellent condition. The decorative decal on the side of the hull could stand to be replaced in some sections where it has peeled, but that is a minor cosmetic detail. Only one system needs upgrading, and that is the 5-gallon hot water heater, which is non-functional, but is easily replaced. (The owner took it out of the loop and runs the domestic system without hot water.) HANKY PANKY could be launched "as-is" and would be ready to go. This boat is being offered at a very reasonable price and would make a great family cruiser or even a dockside live-aboard. The owner purchased a newer, larger vessel and would like to move this boat out of his inside storage space."
