The Farr 30 is another perfect example of a timeless sport boat created by Bruce Farr. Fast, sturdy and strong, the proven design continues to actively attract those looking for a One Design racing experience while keeping the door open with the versatility to quickly configure the boat for a Handicapped rating if preferred.
Well known on the PNW distance and regatta series, Spiny Norman is dry-sailed and has undergone numerous improvements to keep her in top performance racing mode. Complete with an extensive sail inventory (including delivery and practice sails), a removable bowsprit for handicap racing, low drag flexofold prop, newer instruments, a new engine in 2011 and a trailer, Spiny Norman is ready to go for the upcoming 2020 racing season.
Having personally raced on this boat, I challenge you to find a more exhilarating & exciting boat to sail.
