LAMOURE presently occupies a prime, south-facing berth with panoramic views within the exclusive Chelsea Harbour Marina, and is suitable for extended cruising or as an occasional home in one of London's finest locations. There is currently a 6-year minimum waiting list for new berths in the marina, which makes it the UK’s most in-demand marina.

 

Constructed in 1995, launched in 1996 and displayed at the Dusseldorf Boat Show the same year, LAMOURE is one of only 11 Sunseeker Manhattans to be built. Ideally suited to liveaboard or charter, she features a 3-cabin, 3 heads layout with galley isolated from the main cabin and connected crew cabin.

 

Extensively refitted in 2004 at a cost of circa £120k, LAMOURE has continued to be updated and upgraded on an annual basis. LAMOURE now offers excellent living accommodation, for all climates, with the attraction of low-maintenance and future refit costs.

 

LAMOURE is certified under the Port of London Authority (PLA), permitting the yacht to undertake commercial charters. Previous to her current ownership, LAMOURE has been MCA coded.

**Please Note The mooring is classified as a ‘leisure mooring’ and can be occupied for 5 out 7 days per week or 260 out of 365 days per annum. Shore power and fresh water supply is included and secure parking facilities are available at a small additional cost.

  • Our understanding is that the yacht is exempt from Directive 94/25EC (Recreational Craft Directive) as she was first placed in use within the EU prior to June 1998
