This vessel was purchased to be part of a realty show where they buy a boat, fix it up and flip it for a profit. They took the boat apart and were in the process of putting it back together and the partnership fell apart.
The current state of the vessel is as follows,
The engines are in the vessel but have parts disconnected, parts are onboard.
The generator is out of the vessel and not running
The swim platform needs hydraulic repairs.
The inside of the vessel has mold and needs a through cleaning. Most of the parts to put the vessel back together appear to be inside.
The back deck seating deck insert is out of the vessel and can be put back in.
There are no structural problems, no running gear problems and no holes in the hull.
The vessel is now out of the water at Bradford Marine Bahamas. The cost for out of the water storage is $500 per month.
The vessel is not Bahamas Duty Paid and if the vessel is sold to a Bahamian resident the Bahamas Duty must be paid.
New photos were taken on Feb 24th, 2021 and added. Any photos which appear after the the photo of the serial number were taken on Feb 24th.
The buyer can do any work to the vessel themselves with the exception of anything below the water line (painting the bottom, shaft seals, zincs) -NONE OF WHICH IS NEEDED.
The ideal scenario would be to purchase the vessel and tow her to Florida (70 miles) and put her back together there where costs would be less.
