Please be aware that a Bill of sale from the Current Owner will be supplied upon purchase but there is no other paperwork or documentation available for this boat and it is being sold as seen.
Unfortunately, there is not much information to accompany this Ribtec RIB known as Choppy. We understand that it was originally built for and used by Camper & Nicholson Boatyard in Gosport for many years and has been owned by its current Owners for a number of recent years. It is fair to say that it has been well used, but her tubes still hold air with no signs of punctures and appear to be in good usable condition & her current Owners have had both Mariner Four Stroke engines regularly serviced. Although not the prettiest RIB around, this still has a lot to offer with Jockey Seating for six, good size deck areas for & aft and of course the benefit of two engines, should you wish to travel further afield and have the peace of mind of a back up.
This boat is being sold as seen but is a fantastic bargain for someone who wants a no frills, cheap, good size Rib with Four Stroke Engines. The Owner is willing to look at offers on the asking price.
Ribtec were a well known and highly respected RIB manufacturer. The fact they were chosen as the builders for the legendry “Camel Trophy” RIB’s is testament to the fact that their boats are well built, robust & extremely capable & “Choppy” is no exception. She is currently lying in Southampton & is available for viewings through Aspire Boat Sales Ltd.
