The comfortable accomodation offers up to 8 berths in a warmth of exceptional teak joinery, a teak & holly sole and deep soft furnishings. Up forward is the large owners cabins with a double v-berth that has good stowage underneath and around, a deck opening hatch and access to the anchor locker. In the port side of the cabin there is a full length mirror, basin with pressurised hot and cold water, vanity unit and drawers. To starboard is another vanity unit, drawers and a large hanging locker. Heater outlet, carpets and curtains.
Moving into the saloon which has 2 settee berths and 2 pipecots. To port is the U-shaped settee, teak table that has extending leaves and removeable fiddles. To starboard is the single settee berth. Throughout the saloon there is plenty of storage with 2 bookshelves and heater outlet. The large and well laid out galley is to port with two stainless steel sinks, hot & cold pressurised water included a standby manual pump. Salt water footpump to sinks. Top opening seawater cooled fridge which had a new motor in 2018. Taylors gas cooker with 2 burners, grill & oven, fiddles and gimbled. Plenty of work surfaces and storage around the galley as well as a safety bar.
To starboard is the forward facing chart table with control panel, heater controls and navigation equipment. Aft of the chart table is the heads compartment with Jabsco marine toilet (2013), wash basin, hot & cold pressurised water tap that extends to make shower and wet hanging locker. Teak grated sole.
In the port aft cabin is a double berth that is divided by a lee cloth. Water tank and storage below. Hanging locker and vanity unit with drawers.
Paprika and brick upholstery throughout with lemon, made to measure carpets. Eberspacher diesel fired heating to all cabins. The main saloon has 3 extra coats of high gloss varnish. Pioneer CD/Radio with saloon and cockpit speakers.
Located amidships, under the galley worktop is the Yanmar 4JH four cylinder 50hp diesel engine (2006). Freshwater cooled via heat exchanger. Shaft drive to three bladed feathering propeller with rope cutter. Single lever control. 320 litre fuel capacity giving approximately 600 miles range at 7 knot cruising speed. Maximum speed under power 8 knots. Regularly serviced by French Marine.
Underneath the cockpit sole, with access from the aft cabin is the Fisher Panda generator (1998). Last serviced by French Marine in October 2019.

Two Lewmar 44 self tailing halyard winches. Granny bars at the mast. Slabbed reefed mainsail with lazyjacks. Headsail furling system. Hanked on staysail. Mast steps on full length of mast.
White GRP hull with style stripes and teak rubbing strakes. Teak toe rails. White GRP superstructure with teak laid decks in 2000 (Epoxied). Teak laid cokpit seats and sole. Long fin shallow draft keel with lead ballast. Skeg hung rudder. Wheel steering. Aft self draining cockpit. The hull was coppercoated in 2014. Cold water tap with hand shower in cockpit locker. Gas locker with space for 3 bottles.
As a family, over the years, we have enjoyed adventures and exploring with Mischief, all the great local rivers around Levington and Essex & Suffolk. Family having now moved abroad and demands of schooling and extra curricula activities, we think now is the time to let another owner enjoy our Mischief.
