A surprisingly roomy 25-footer, with a double berth aft cabin tucked in under the cockpit, and an light, open, saloon, the MG Spring 25 is a popular small family cruiser. Her wing keel and twin rudders give her shallow draught and excellent performance. She has six berths in total. Designed by Tony Castro and made famous in the TV series "Howards' Way". The Spring 25 has a lot going for it as a small family cruiser, particularly for those moving up from dinghy sailing, who might find more traditional small cruisers sluggish. Owners and press have described the performance as "sparkling". This example is powered by a 10hp inboard Volvo Penta diesel engine.
