"ALONDRA" is being sold "AS IS WHERE IS". The Owner wants to sell her fast. He is locating out of the area to a dry climate.
"ALONDRA" has been on the hard for the last four years. We have not listed the electronics. The Batteries are dead and we cannot check the electronics. The Ericson 38, 1988 in good condition has been listing in the $50,000 plus range and selling for an average of $47,000.
"ALONDRA" needs TLC and the a review of the mechanical and electrical systems.

Majority of the work that needs to be completed, is as follows and needs to be verified by a Surveyor:
The bottom, hull and decks need to be cleaned.
The bottom needs at least two (2) coats of paint.
The extended shaft needs to be cleaned.
The tattered flag needs to be removed and properly disposed.
Sails should be removed and cleaned.
The hatch to the interior needs sanding and stained.
The green halyard lines need to be cleaned or replaced.
The entire interior floor needs to be replaced.
Cushions need to be cleaned or replaced.
The interior of the boat needs to be cleaned.
The engine area needs to be cleaned and checked by a mechanic. Engine last run four years ago.
Any interior leaks need to be repaired.
