Accommodations: Guest stateroom with over/under bunks, closet, and plenty of storage for your guests. Large forward master stateroom with V-berths, drawer storage, and a full hanging locker. Enclosed wet head with shower, sink, and storage cabinets.
Salon: Beautiful teak and holly sole flooring throughout, leather couch in salon and Dynex TV, full galley with s/s sink, 2 burner stove top, refrigerator, oven, microwave and abundant storage. 12V control panel and Fusion radio is portside. Access to the A/C (Cruise Air reverse cycle), holding tank, freshwater tank, water heater, pumps for head, engines and batteries are through 2 hatches in the salon.
Cockpit: Built in live-well and rod holders with very roomy cockpit. Includes optional bimini top so you can hide or bake in the sun. Teak swim platform with swim ladder. Access to the Generator through hatch in the cockpit.
Flybridge: Spacious bridge with optional 3 sided isinglass enclosure, cushioned bench seating forward of helm, 2 chairs at helm which creates a very comfortable ride for 5-6 people and a bimini canvas cockpit cover that pops on and off with ease.
Bow: Lewmar windlass with control at bridge or foot controls on bow deck to drop the Rocha anchor, s/s bow rails, canvas windshield cover.
Electronics: VHF, Furuno fishfinder, Furuno chartplotter (original to boat, works but could use new screen), dept sounder. Autopilot is inop.

Recent survey found the hull and superstructure to be sound. The windows are water tight. No issues with the running gear and she performs well.
Most of what the boat needs is cosmetic (it's 33 years old), but none of those cosmetic things will stop you from enjoying the boat and doing so safely.
The value is in the Bertram name and the diesel engines.
