Here is a tough steel cruiser that is equipped for offshore sailing in safety and comfort. The yacht gives the impression of safety at sea, serious grabs everywhere, good granny bars, high stanchions etc. The cockpit is weather protected by the hard dodger and all sail controls are lead into the cockpit. Cutter rigged with a slab reefed mainsail, the yacht sails readily in all conditions.
The engine has been well maintained, fuel injection serviced in 2017. The standing rigging was examined in 2015 here in Langkawi and given a clean bill of health. A new aluminium rig was installed in 2005.
Last haulout, anti foul and anode replacement in 2017.
Some safety gear to upgrade but all up an interesting prospect at not a huge price.
The interior is a pleasing set out. Best suited to a couple, but there is a quarter berth to starboard aft of the nav station and another berth in the saloon if really wanted.
Full forward the double is a good size and the mattress is brand new memory foam, never used, installed in April 2018. The joinery is made to a good standard and all lockers and wardrobes are deep for plenty of stowage. Lighting is a mixture of incandescent and LED. Three 12 volt fans plus a 220 volt fan.
The galley is a neat design, fridge opposite by nav station. The bathroom is neatly sited immediately to port as you come down the companionway.
The galley is all stainless steel counter top, good fiddles and grab holds. Pressurised water plus foot pumped salt water. BOSCH propane hot water on demand. FORCE 10 three burner gas hob and oven. Top loading NOVA KOOL fridge and top loading NOVA KOOL freezer, good capacities.

The yacht is a 220VAC and 12VDC set up.
Battery charging from a PROGRESS 17 battery charger, two 110 watt solar panels and main engine 50 amp alternator.

New 13.9m aluminium mast and boom in 2005. Full height folding mast steps. Two spinnaker poles, one is telescopic. Standing rigging all checked in 2015. NORSEMAN swageless terminal ends on shrouds.
