“Nellie” is a safe, fast, seaworthy passage maker. Designed by German Frers, the Beneteau First 42 is a proven performer. This stiff and stable design makes her a pleasure to helm around the cans or on the family cruise. She has a full nav station with ample storage, a comfortable cockpit for ocean sailing or for entertaining at the dock, comfortable sea berths, two cabins and ample storage throughout. The new bimini and rebuilt dodger provide shelter and safety at sea. Her new North Sails brings out her performance in all wind ranges and all points of sail. All standing and running rigging has been replaced in the past four years.
Beneteau says: “Designed by the Argentinian architect German Frers, creator of some of the most splendid sailing boats in the world, the First 42 is an exceptional model, probably one of the jewels of the French nautical industry.”
