"Sea-Battical" is an amazing yacht that would make a great go-anywhere liveaboard.
The foredeck teak decks were just removed and replaced with two layers of fiberglass, gelcoat and Kiwi-Grip non-skid. There was no known rot in the core.
The side decks were inspected for softness (none found), re-caulked, bunged, and sanded.
The exterior brightwork was taken down to bare wood and varnished with five coats of Pettit Flagship High Build Varnish.
Both engines and gensets have been serviced with new oil, oil and fuel filters.
The engines were surveyed by one of the best Detroit Diesel mechanics in the area, and found to be in very good condition.
The fresh water system was serviced and a new pressure tank was installed.
New Autopilot computer was installed.
Rebuilt Raw water pump on the 12kw starboard generator.

At the forward end of the main salon is the galley, aft to starboard is an enclosed head with sink and toilet and aft is the stairwell leading down to engine room and master stateroom. Aft of salon are double doors with access out to aft deck.
The master stateroom is with pedestal queen size berth on center, hanging locker, built-in cabinetry, single settee to starboard and ensuite head to port with sink, toilet, and walk-in shower/tub. At the aft end of the stateroom is access to the rudder stocks and steering assembly.
Forward of the master suite is the engine room with main engines, auxiliary engines with generators, tankage, pumps, batteries, and desalinator.
The forward most space below deck is the chain locker, and aft is a hanging locker positioned thwartship. Aft is the crew quarter stateroom, to port is built-in cabinetry and aft is an ensuite head with sink, shower wand and toilet. To starboard are upper and lower berths and overhead is a hatch.
Aft thru door is the companionway. At the forward end to port is a locker with stacked washer and dryer, and to starboard is a stairwell leading up to the pilot house. At the aft end of companionway are port and starboard guest staterooms, each with double berth arrangements, hanging lockers, built-in cabinetry, and ensuite heads with sink, toilet, and walk-in showers.
At the aft end of pilot house to port is an elevated settee, to starboard is doorway with access to the galley area and main salon. And outboard to starboard is an incline ladder leading up thru slider hatch and door to flybridge and boat deck. Aft is helm seat, outboard to port is a slider door with access out to the side deck. Outboard to starboard is the stairwell leading down to staterooms, and outboard is a slider door with access out to side deck.
Forward on deck is the bow with anchor on bow roller, aft is the anchor winch, and aft is the fore deck with flush hatch with access to crew stateroom. The foredeck is non-skid over fiberglass. Outboard to port and starboard are covered side decks, with teak decks, leading aft to the stern, inboard is the deck house. At the forward end of the deck house is a settee/bench locker.
The aft deck area is positioned with stairwell at aft starboard corner of deck house which leads up to the boat deck. Outboard to port and starboard are teak side decks leading forward to the bow area. At aft end of deck is the stern with transom door and mounted ladder leading down to mounted teak swim platform.
At the forward end of boat deck is the flybridge area with upper helm station with steering and engine controls, aft is a helm seat. To starboard is access to incline ladder down to pilot house. Aft are port and starboard lounging settees. Aft is a radar arch positioned thwartship. Aft to port is a skiff davit and on center is a shore tender (Included with full price offer) mounted on skiff chocks.
