Well equipped cruiser that has seen little use over the past few years. Brand new engine, new shaft, new dripless seal, new batteries, Pro-Sine inverter/charger, good electronics and even a water maker! Needs some clean up and detailing to get back into good cruising condition but most of that work is just elbow grease! Comfortable cruiser for a couple or a family. Health forces sale,... could be a great opportunity!

Popular family cruiser with generous accommodations for up to 7 persons. The forward V-berth will sleep 2, the quarterberth will sleep 2 and the main salon has a single settee to starboard and convertible dinette double to port.
The head is forward to port and includes a marine toilet, sink and integral shower system with a propane fired "on demand" hot water system. The head pumps to a holding tank which can be pumped out at a dockside facility or pumped overboard where appropriate.
The main salon features a U-shaped settee to port with straight settee opposite to starboard. The galley is aft to port with microwave, refrigerated icebox, propane stove/oven, toaster oven and dual stainless steel sinks with pressurized hot/cold water. The counters have custom wood cutting board surfaces and there are a number of lockers and drawers for cutlery, dish and pantry storage.
To starboard aft is the navigation station and electrical panel and aft of that a double quarterberth.
On deck it is typical of Catalina design; large cockpit entryway, comfortable cockpit, wide walk-arounds and good access for docking, sail handling and anchoring.
