Owner is buying new boat.
You board from port or stbd gateway and/or the swim platform through a rear deck gateway onto a entertainment deck. A sink and storage cabinet provide for serving. You may choose to climb 3 steps to the fly bridge or descend three steps into the salon. From the salon down two more steps aft to the master stateroom or proceed forward through the light airy salon down two steps to the galley to port or the guest stateroom forward. There is a head across from the galley forward, which also serves the forward cabin and an ensuite head in the master stateroom aft. Both heads have showers, SS sinks, storage and large vanity mirrors. In the salon custom cabinetry has been designed as an entertainment center and counter. Teak cabinetry is along both sides of the salon for storage. Large opening hatches are under a carpet allowing complete access to the engine room. The salon has sliding glass doors aft for access and the heads have solid teak doors.

The U-shaped galley is down forward of the salon to port. A large opening screened port is over the sink for light and cross ventilation, if desired. Abundant sorage is provided by under sink cabinets, drawers and trash storage. Teak shelves are above the large counter. A 12v light is centered in the overhead for lighting. Seating at the counter in the salon allows socializing with the chef.

Cabinet storage over counter
The master stateroom is aft and low in the stern to provide stable and quiet sleeping accomodations at anchor or the dock. A large safety opening port is over the centerline queen bed with (2) opening ports along each side for light and ventilation, if desired. 12v lighting is located above and to both sides of the mirrored headboard. Hanging lockers, drawers and cabinets provide abundant storage for full time living aboard. Both sides of the bed have cabinets for lights and easy access storage with counter top and drawers. Fuel(125g) and water(125g) tanks are located under the bed for easy access
A large double bed is located along the port side of the forward stateroom with a large opening hatch overhead. Airconditioning grills are on the starboard side next to the hanging locker. Massive storage is under the bed for large items. Access to the chain locker and under side of the windlass is through the forward bulkhead hatch. The forward head is ensuite for privacy.
Twin Yanmar turbo-charged 350hp six cylinder diesel engines power the vessel through ZF 2.5:1 Hurth transmissions via straight 1 3/4" SS shafts and bronze alloy, four bladed counter rotating 24" X 24" props. These engines are very quiet (underwater exhausts) and almost vibration free. The Glendinning engine synchronizer minimizes vibration. Controls are on the fly bridge (primary) and in the salon (secondary). Dripless stuffing boxes keep bilge dry. Raw water strainers are easily accessed Fwd of engines for viewing and cleaning. Coolant levels are easily checked for both engines and genset. The fuel tanks were installed in 1997 when the vessel was re-engined. There is one 125g diesel fuel tank outboard of each engine and another under the bed in the master stateroom for a total of 425g of fuel. The tanks are welded aluminum (new 1997). Fresh water can be heated from a 18g water heater using engine hot water to heat or 115v from dock or genset. Steering for both helm stations is by Hynautic hydraulic systems (20psi) with the reservoir on the fly bridge. Rudders accessible aft under the bed in Master stateroom. Rudders have packing glands. Two large hydraulic Bennett trim tabs provide hull angle trim for best fuel/speed attitude accessed under the bed in MBR.
Automatic windlass is a 22 lb. Danforth connected to 10' of 3/8 chain and 200' fo 5/8" nylon 3 strand rode. The windlass has a remote switch at the helm and foot switches at the bow pulpit.
