MISS ARIANNA was built by the hands of the famed Mr. Arno Day. She has been under the care of an unlimited master mariner and used recreationally. She is an able sea boat for work or pleasure.
MISS ARIANA has a raked stem, round chines, built-down full keel with skeg and a full transom. Her hull is constructed of 5/4 Cedar on Oak and is carvel plank on frame construction. Her frames are steam bent white oak, measuring I" x 2.25", 9" on center. The white oak 15/8" floors are 9"+/- high and 18" on center. The fastenings are bronze screws with bronze keel bolts and drifts. She has spray rails forward and quarter rails aft.
There is fiberglass covering the hauling station area of the port topsides and bottom as she was originally rigged for Port side lobster fishery.

The foredeck and trunk cabin are built with oak deck beams supporting plywood covered fiberglass cloth and resin which is painted white trim and sand decks with nonskid.

The pilothouse is constructed with four (4) aft raking windows with external safety glass and the outboard windows are opening. The short side panels also have glass windows and the 2"x 4" comer posts and plywood is painted white and the exterior is fiberglass covered and painted white.
