CA del ponte inferiore. 85 mq: grande e lussuosa suite con dubbel cuccetta, bagno enorme con vasca idromassaggio e camera con armadio enorme (ca. 40 mq insieme). Un'altra più piccola suite con dubbel ormeggio e bagno camera (ca. 23 mq)
CA del ponte principale. 178 mq: salone generoso e lightish (salone principale o sala ristorante), tondo lounge nella zona di prua con camino. Cucina generosa e bagno con vasca idromassaggio/WC. In tutte le CA. 130 mq. Inoltre camera da letto con lato camera appr. 30 mq.
CA superiore terrazza solarium. 159 mq: chiuso lounge appr. 23 mq, resto terrazza solarium coperto con tenda bella e smontabile. Bar sulla terrazza solarium.

Descrizione della conversione: nel 2008 la nave è stata venduta per l'attuale proprietario che lei ha navigato dal Regno Unito alla Polonia, dove è stata effettuata la conversione. Questo enorme progetto ha preso circa 30,000 ore di lavoro ed è stato fatto ad un livello molto alto e per soddisfare gli standard della normativa danese per vivere a bordo delle navi.
L'incl. interni dell'impianto elettrico sono stati presi. Appr. 21 t di acciaio sono stati rinnovati / sostituito. La zona di alloggio era espandere modulo 170 a 285 mq.
CA 250 mq di piattaforma d'acciaio sono stati macinati giù e ci hanno dato trattamento corrosione anti. Per ottenere un ponte dritto, un ponte di poliuretano cemento armato d'acciaio spessore 6 cm era cui e verniciato 10 volte con 2-comp 990 International paint.
Con CA. cbm 900 di isolamento Rockwool Marine-un la nave era isolata ad alto livello per renderla abitabile anche per climi freddi.
L'impianto elettrico è stato modificato e appr. 15 km di nuovi cavi sono stati installati. L'illuminazione è principalmente di 2a generazione LED e alogene nelle camere da letto.
I pavimenti interni incl. è venuto di nuovo. 130 mq di marmo greco, il resto è il pavimento in legno Doussie. La cucina è di legno di rosa con tabella coreana.
Il sistema di riscaldamento è stato modificato e tutti i radiatori sono stati fissati per il fuochista direttamente, al fine di ottenere immina calore su ogni radiatore separato.
Una fornitura di acqua calda è stata installata. Il serbatoio di acqua dolce è stato ristrutturato e dipinto, vasche di decantazione è stato ristrutturato e ha ottenuto una nuova pompa.
Entrambe le camere del motore sono state ristrutturare (scrabbed giù, puliti e paintet con componente 2. Servizio completo è stato dato ai motori.
Radar, GPS e VHF sono stati installati nuovi. Il sistema di allarme per le camere di motore è stato revisionato. Un sistema di allarme livello liquido speciale è stato installato su tutti i carri armati e in fondo tutta la nave al fine di essere in grado di rilevare e individuare rapidamente le perdite inaspettate.
Il sistema del carro armato è stato ispezionato e un nuovo diagramma di serbatoi e valvole è stato effettuato.
Un nuovo piano di sicurezza di fuoco incl. piano generale è stato fatto e approvato dalle autorità danesi. Tra cui sistema luce d'emergenza e sistema di backup elettrico per navigazione d'emergenza.
Nel 2011 più di conversione è stato fatto con CA 5000 orario per essere in grado di usare la nave come café di nuoto. Un bar e una tenda enorme qualitiy alta è stato installato sul sun deck, anche la nave fu ridipinto con 990 International paint.

Description of conversion: In 2008 the vessel was sold to the present owner who sailed her from UK to Poland, where the conversion was carried out. This enormous project took about 30.000 working hours and was done to a very high standard and to meet the standards of Danish regulations for live aboard vessels.
The interior incl. the electrical system were taken out. Appr. 21 t of steel were renewed / replaced. The accommodation area was expand form 170 to 285 sqm.
Appr 250 sqm of steel deck were grinded down and got anti corrosion treatment. To obtain a straight deck, a 6 cm thick steel reinforced concrete polyurethane deck was laid and painted 10 times with 2-comp 990 International paint.
With appr. 900 cbm of Rockwool Marine-A insulation the ship was insulated to high standard to make her habitable also for cold climates.
The electrical system was changed and appr. 15 km of new cables were installed. The illumination is mainly of 2nd generation LED and halogen in bedrooms.
The interior incl. floors came new. 130 sqm of Greek marble, rest is Doussie wooden floor. The kitchen is of rose wood with corean table.
The heating system was changed and all radiators were attached to the stoker directly, in order to obtain imidate heat on each separate radiator.
A hot water supply was installed. The fresh water tank was renovated and painted, holding tanks was renovated and got a new pump.
Both engine rooms were renovate (scrabbed down, cleaned and paintet with 2 component. Full service was given to the engines.
Radar, GPS and VHF were installed new. The alarm system for the engine rooms was overhauled. A special liquid level alarm system was installed on all tanks and in the whole bottom of the vessel in order to be able to survey and locate unexpected leakages quickly.
The tank system was inspected and a new diagram of tanks and valves was made.
A new general plan incl. fire safety plan was made and approved by Danish authorities. Including emergency light system and backup electrical system for emergency navigation.
In 2011 more conversion was done with appr 5000 working hours to be able to use the vessel as swimming café. A bar and a huge high qualitiy tent was installed on the sun deck, also the vessel was repainted with 990 International paint.

Beschreibung des Umbaus: Das Schiff wurde 2008 auf eigenem Kiel von England nach in die Ostee überführt. Umbau in ca. 30.000 Arbeitsstunden bis 2009.
Die gesamte Einrichtung incl. der Elektrik wurde entfernt, ca. 12 Tonnen Stahl wurden erneuert bzw. umgebaut.
Ca. 250 qm Stahldeck wurden abgeschliffen und mit Korrosionsschutz behandelt. Um ein sauber strakendes, gerades Deck zu erhalten wurde ein 60 mm mit Stahl armiertes Beton/Polyurethan-Deck gelegt, lackiert mit 10 Lagen 2-Komp. Farbe von International.
Mit ca. 900 Kubikmetern Rockwool Marine-A-Isolierung wurde das Schiff aufwendig isoliert.
Die Elektrik wurde mit rund 15 km Kabel neu installiert. Die Beleuchtung besteht überwiegend aus LED-Lichtern, in den Schlafräumen Halogen.
Das Interieur incl. Fußböden wurde erneuert. Für die Fußböden wurde griechischer Marmor und Doussie-Holz verwendet. Die Küche ist aus Rosenholz mit Ceran Arbeitsfläche.
Das Heizungssystem wurde geändert / teils erneuert, alle Radiatoren sind direkt angeschlossen um schnellstmögliche Erwärmung lokal im jeweiligen Raum zu gewährleisten. Eine Warmwasser-
versorung wurde installiert.
Der Frischwassertank wurde renoviert und gestrichen. Grauwasser-/Fäkalientank wurde überholt incl. neuer Pumpe.
Beide Maschinenräume wurden renoviert, d.h. gereinigt und mit 2-Komponenten-Farbe gestrichen. Die Motoren erhielten umfangreiche Inspektionen.
Radar, GPS und Funk wurden neu installiert. Das Alarmsystem der Maschinenräume wurde überholt.
Ein spezielles Alarmsystem für Flüssigkeiten wurde an allen Tanks und im Schiffsboden installiert um mögliche Leckagen schnell lokalisieren zu können.
Das Tank-System wurde komplett inspiziert und ein Diagramm erstellt.
Ein neuer Generalplan incl. Feuerschutzplan wurde durch dänische Behörden abgenommen.
Enthalten ist ein Not-Beleuchtungssystem und eine Notfall-Elektrizitätsversorgung.

In 2011 wurden weitere Umbaumaßnahmen durchgeführt (ca 5000 Std.), u.a. um das Schiff als schwimmendes Café mit Übernachtungsmöglichkeit für bis zu 6 Pers. nutzen zu können. Das Oberdeck erhielt eine Bar und ein aufwendiges Zelt, welches das Deck praktisch komplett eindeckt. Weiterhin wurden umfangreiche Lackiermaßnahmen durchgeführt.

The interior incl. floors came new. 130 sqm of Greek marble, rest is Doussie wooden floor. The kitchen is of rose wood with corean table.
The heating system was changed and all radiators were attached to the stoker directly, in order to obtain imidate heat on each separate radiator.
A hot water supply was installed. The fresh water tank was renovated and painted, holding tanks was renovated and got a new pump.
Both engine rooms were renovate (scrabbed down, cleaned and paintet with 2 component. Full service was given to the engines.
Radar, GPS and VHF were installed new. The alarm system for the engine rooms was overhauled. A special liquid level alarm system was installed on all tanks and in the whole bottom of the vessel in order to be able to survey and locate unexpected leakages quickly.
The tank system was inspected and a new diagram of tanks and valves was made.
A new general plan incl. fire safety plan was made and approved by Danish authorities. Including emergency light system and backup electrical system for emergency navigation.
In 2011 more conversion was done with appr 5000 working hours to be able to use the vessel as swimming café. A bar and a huge high qualitiy tent was installed on the sun deck, also the vessel was repainted with 990 International paint.

Description of conversion: In 2008 the vessel was sold to the present owner who sailed her from UK to Poland, where the conversion was carried out. This enormous project took about 30.000 working hours and was done to a very high standard and to meet the standards of Danish regulations for live aboard vessels.
The interior incl. the electrical system were taken out. Appr. 21 t of steel were renewed / replaced. The accommodation area was expand form 170 to 285 sqm.
Appr 250 sqm of steel deck were grinded down and got anti corrosion treatment. To obtain a straight deck, a 6 cm thick steel reinforced concrete polyurethane deck was laid and painted 10 times with 2-comp 990 International paint.
With appr. 900 cbm of Rockwool Marine-A insulation the ship was insulated to high standard to make her habitable also for cold climates.
The electrical system was changed and appr. 15 km of new cables were installed. The illumination is mainly of 2nd generation LED and halogen in bedrooms.
