This vessel is hull #1 of Ed Monks designed West Bay. The timbers were obtained locally and it was assembled locally. You are not paying for the history but you are certainly getting it. The walk through of this vessel is truly impressive. As you approach the bow the windows simply jump out at you. You began to understand that this is a awesome rough water boat. As you enter the side door into the salon area you see to the right the well equipped lower helm station. You glance around and note the galley and the wide open spaces of this salon.
Move towards the stern and walk into a huge rear stateroom. There is a very nice queen bed to the right and to the left is a futon day bed type of seating. As you may have noticed there was a nice, large, head area to the right as you walked down into the rear berth area. This is finished in tile and has a lot of room to move around in.
In the forward area is located the vee berthing. Great sleeping for the Kids, Grandkids or that once in awhile guess that wants to go boating. I could go over the propane stove oven or the 2 TVs located through out the boat. But take a look at the photos and then give me a call to set up a viewing.
There is also a survey at the office which was done in June 2016. The owner has spent money on the needed up keep. We have receipts from Yachtfish Marine which highlight those repairs.
A smooth, stable and very comfortable vessel to enjoy the voyage on. Very comfortable long range liveaboard cruiser.
