SALANA drawing n°293 of Erik Salander. Probably the last boat designed by the great naval architect before he died. Beutifull classic yacht linked to the Sweedish yacht design ,with traditional details . It is a fast sailing yacht.
Salana received a 3 years complete restoration ended in 2009 . New teak deck, new iroko laminated frames, new chainplates,new s/s rigging ,new Vetus 16 engine, new set of sails including an asymmetric gennaker. She still have her original mast and boom which were found perfect. They are made of the best oregon Pine. The planking is of mahogany ,all original and in pefect conditions.
